 | As a PADI accredited resort, the Gran Hotel Reymar makes a great base to take the first steps towards learning to scuba dive, or to aim to gain additional qualifications. Our fully equipped dive centre and PADI certified instructors mean all aspects of diving are meticulosuly organised and carefully controlled. The Costa Brava is one of Spain's great dive locations - the clear blue waters, small coves, rocky outcrops and abundant on-shore activity make it a great place for diving and snorkelling, whether in the water, or discussing the day's activities over a drink or a meal. The Mar Menuda, directly in front of the hotel boasts a wide range of marine life, from octopus and nudibranchs to lobster, conger and moray eels and scorpion fish. Further afield, you can take dive boats out to the Medas Islands, a marine reserve just off the Costa Brava where the marine population has soared as fishing is banned. We offer PADI certified courses in conjunction with a local dive centre, Andreas Diving, so whether you're a beginner or are looking to improve your current level, you can be sure you'll always be in the hands of professionals. |
