The success of any holiday is always partly defined by its food, and Tossa de Mar is a great base from where to experience the regional specialities of Catalunya, and also to sample the creations of some of the best chefs.

The town itself has a great selection of restaurants, serving local Catalan dishes, Spanish specialities, informal treats such as tapas and a wide selection of international dishes.

Further afield in Catalunya, there are several Michelin starred restaurants that are within reach of the hotel. The great Ferran Adria's El Bulli is to the north, as is El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, both with three stars. Further south lie both Can Fabes and Sant Pau, both also with three stars.
