Whether lounging by the pool or dining in the restaurant, our staff will do their best to provide top-class cuisine, with fresh seafood, and local produce, or bring long, cool drinks, a little poolside snack or a choice of wines from our extensive winelist.
In the spacious restaurant, our Head Chef conjures up a selection of courses, each drawing from the world famous Mediterranean cuisine, replete with fresh local produce, and showcasing excellent seafood and meat dishes. There might be Fideua, a paella-like dish cooked using short pasta and served with homemade all i olli, rich, fresh Gazpacho or Entrecote with cream of truffles.
The wine list features wines from the local area and also from world-renowned regions such as La Rioja as well as up-and-coming denominations like Somantano, Ribera del Duero and Priorato. There's also a wide selection of Cava, and some elegant Spanish white wines.
Meanwhile, the bar staff will be happy to mix your favourite cocktail, be it a Caipirinha, Mojito or simple Gin and Tonic, and provide a selection of appetisers and other snacks.
