2. Can I benefit from the hotel's offers?

To benefit from the discounts, offers and special advantages, we recommend that you enter the offers part of the web, where you can become a member of the REYMAR CLUB and obtain, among other advantages, an additional 10% discount. You just have to put your email and confirm that you want to be a member in the email you will receive. Immediately, you will receive a second email with a discount code that you can include on our website or tell us when booking by phone or whatsapp.

3. What are the restaurant opening hours?

Breakfast: from 8:00 to 10:00

Lunch: from 13:00 to 15:00

Dinner: from 20:00 to 22:00

4. What does each Diet or meal plan consist of?

You can make your reservation at the Gran Hotel Reymar in three different regimes, or meal plans: Bed and breakfast, buffet type and with a wide variety of options to start the day well.

Half Board, which includes breakfast and dinner, which can be exchanged every day for lunch by notifying in the morning at reception and consists of a table service of 4 courses, starter, first, second and dessert and with at least 3 options to choose from each.

Full board, consisting of breakfast, lunch and dinner. By default the hotel understands that the first food service that will be made upon arrival at the hotel is lunch and the last service, on the day of departure, will be breakfast. You arrive at the hotel in the afternoon or evening, tell us in observations that you want the first service to be dinner, so on the day of departure you can enjoy lunch.

*Remember that drinks are not included in the Half Board and Full Board regimes, except those included in the breakfast buffet and in the Bed and Breakfast regime only the drinks available in the buffet are included.

5. Can the reserved diet be changed?

At the reception of the Gran Hotel Reymar you can change the regime contracted in your reservation (always for a higher one, not for a lower one, that is, reservation in AD and change to MP or PC, but not PC to MP or AD), for the whole stay or for the rest of the stay, not for single days.

6. Are the observations I have indicated in my reservation confirmed?

When you fill out the reservation form you will have a field in which you can indicate all those observations you want about your stay. In some cases they are requests about the situation of the room, views, parking or garage, etc. We will try to comply with them as far as possible, but simply by indicating them in the reservation does not mean that they are confirmed, and we can not confirm them until your arrival at the hotel, and always depending on the availability that is at the time of your arrival.

7. What are the check-in and check-out times of the room?

Check-in schedule:

On the day of your arrival at the hotel, after checking in at the reception, you can access the hotel's facilities. Access to the room is from 14:00 hours.

Check-out time:

On the day of departure, the rooms will have to be released (luggage and personal belongings included), in all cases, before 12 noon.

8. Is it possible to bring forward check-in or check out later than 12:00?

Since you arrive at the Gran Hotel Reymar you can leave your luggage and make use of our facilities and restaurants so that you can enjoy your trip to the fullest. The room will depend on the availability of the hotel.

Late check-out is also subject to availability and additional charges are available.

9. I want a crib for my Baby(s). Do you have any expenses for the crib(s)?

The use of the cots is free. When you choose the type of room you want to book, tell us the number of babies who will be staying in the room. If you want us to install a cot in the room, please inform us in the notes part of the reservation.

10. Does the Hotel have parking?

The hotel has parking with a supplement of € 19 per day. No place is reserved in advance of arrival

11. What time do I have to leave the car park on the day of departure?

From 12:00 the customer is given a complimentary hour to take the car out of the garage.

12. Is WIFI internet included?

Yes, at the Gran Hotel Reymar WIFI is included in all areas and suites.

13. Are pets allowed at the Gran Hotel Reymar?

We regret to inform you that the Gran Hotel Reymar does not accept pets.

14. Are there free pool towels?

No. The Gran Hotel Reymar made the firm decision to become an environmentally sustainable hotel that respects our wonderful and delicate environment, which is why we try to minimize the impact of chemicals (even if they are biodegradable), as well as rationalize the use of water during washes. Reason why pool towels are not provided free of charge.

15. I want to quote stay for a group.

For group quotes (of more than 7 rooms), please write to comercial@ghreymar.com with the request for rooms, dates, requested diet, type of group (company, sports, etc ...) and any added needs so that we can answer and budget the best service appropriate to the needs of the group.
